  If you don't live in or have a resident Florida license - you can't get this contract.

• Florida Blue is a CAPTIVE ACA contract!

  You must agree to exclusively represent Florida Blue in the state of Florida - no other competing health products at all. Florida only though - you can be an independent agent outside of Florida.

• Florida Blue commissions are only paid to an Agency - then are paid to you.

  Florida Blue agencies receive all commissions for sales and distributed to their agents according to agreements in place for that year.
