      Discover the Carrier Need

      You're already talking to your client, trying to sell them something you can get paid on, then discover they need Blue Cross — a carrier you're not appointed with.

    2. 2Step 2

      Complete Marketplace Eligibility

      You still collect the information needed for the Marketplace eligibility application and complete the eligibility application.

    3. 3Step 3

      Do NOT Enroll — Submit This Form

      Do NOT enroll the client in a plan. Instead, visit this page and fill out the referral form below to securely communicate the client's basic info and the exact plan needed.

    4. 4Step 4

      Automated Intake & Client Intro

      You receive a confirmation/thank-you message. The client is sent a consent form for an appointed agent with the needed carrier, an introduction for who their agent will be, and an opportunity to schedule an appointment if needed.

    5. 5Step 5

      Enrollment & Attestation

      Our appointed partner agent reaches out to the client as needed to complete enrollment and send the Attestation Form.

    6. 6Step 6

      Client Enrolled & You Get Paid

      Once any commission comes in for that client, the full referral fee is paid out to you, the referring agent.

    How do we pay?

    We do everything official — direct deposit to your bank account (PayPal also available). When a commission is owed for the first time, you will be contacted for direct deposit information.

    BCBS Referral States

    We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield referrals in seven key states. Partner with trusted agents appointed with these carriers so your clients get enrolled and you earn referral compensation.

    Highlighted states (TX, LA, AL, TN, FL, SC, NC) are eligible for the BCBS referral program.

    Referral Payment Options

    Referral fees payable once 1st commission payment is received for referral(s).

    • BCBS FL$100 Per Member in a year

    Rules & Limitations

    Please review carrier guidelines and eligibility limits before submitting.

    Referral Member Limits

    Max 5 members paid on per policy. 3 members referred minimum to start earning referral fees.

    BCBS AL: No commissions paid for changing AOR without a plan change. Must select any other plan if already on a BCBS AL plan.
    BCBS NC: New business only. No AOR changes allowed at this time, so we cannot assist a current BCBS NC member.
    BCBS TN, FL (FL Blue): No commissions paid for AORs, period — not even during OEP. If a client is already on TN or FL Blue, there are no commissions paid. If there is a 30+ day gap in coverage since last BCBS coverage, we can become the AOR and get paid.

    Referral Payment Disclaimer: Referral fees only paid out once we receive the first commission payment. If no commission ever comes in for a client, there is nothing we can pay out to you.
