What does early bird access mean?
When you sign up before September 1st, 2024, you will receive 50% off the course price plus access to the kickoff group training happening on Friday, August 30th.
Will I be able to sign-up after September 1st?
We are closing doors on course access after September 1st. We will open doors again late September. However, this is the lowest price you will be able to purchase the course at, so we suggest joining before doors close on September 1st.
How do I get access to the live trainings?
You can upgrade your package to include live training. Live trainings take place over zoom. The dates of the live trainings will be August 30th, September 20th, and September 27th. As part of the early bird access, you can keep access to the live training classes going forward for $50 per month.
When do I get access to all of the modules?
Course access will be released on Friday, August 30th.
When will I be billed for access?
You will be billed on Thursday, August 29th (this is 1 day ahead of the course releasing on the 30th).
Do I have to move my contracts to access the trainings?
Absolutely not! This course was designed for agents at all FMOs to learn the foundations for writing ACA business.
What is your refund policy?
If you have never logged into the course, we will refund you up to 3 days after purchase. Due to the nature of online learning, if you have logged into the course we cannot honor a refund request at this time.
